BRANCH MANAGER/MEMBER SERVICES MANAGER-Hospital Branch

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will provide exceptional service to our membership.
Position holder provides primary leadership in day-to-day Hospital Branch operations. Manages cash operations and supports a full range of services to members and prospective members, to include new accounts and consumer loans. Operates independently with assigned consumer loan authority and integrates financial counseling in all interactions and transactions. Solves member problems and helps with complex work-related matters. Ensures a high level of accuracy in Branch staff transactions. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises staff. Performs teller function as needed.
Effectively maintains and nurtures a win-win business relationship with TMH, Inc. and consistently provides high quality service. Acts as the Credit Union representative to liaise between TMH departments and The Credit Union, and provides requested services from Hospital departments such as finance, food services, maintenance, etc.
Follows policy and procedure related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Member Identification Program (MIP), and Truth In Lending to ensure compliance with current regulations. Responsible for maintaining a harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace. Obligated to investigate and resolve complaints of harassment when evoked by an employee under TMH FCU's No Harassment policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to be bonded.
Financial Counselor Certification or ability to earn within timeframe established by management.
A minimum of three (3) years experience in credit union or bank branch management. Or five (5) years TMH FCU experience.
Supervisory experience required.
Thorough knowledge of credit union/financial institution services and products; working knowledge in all related legal and regulatory requirements; thorough understanding of Branch functions, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of lending and financial service software.
Ability to remain calm, patient, objective and professional when presented with difficult situations.
Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal/written communication skills; excellent math skills and demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to operate related computer applications and office equipment.
Ability to operate all related computer applications and business equipment including phone, calculator, copier, and fax.
