FILING APPLICATIONS:
Applications are accepted only when there is a position vacancy and an announcement is posted.
TMH Federal Credit Union reserves the right to fill a vacancy prior to the published closing date.
A resume may be submitted, but will not be accepted in place of this application.
Persons who request a blank application will be directed to the TMH Federal Credit Union website to complete the on-line employment application.
COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM:
Answer all questions on the application, giving complete answers to all questions. Failure to do so may cause disqualification of your application.
It is important that you include the month and date in your employment history.
LIST ALL EMPLOYERS WITH WHOM YOU HAVE WORKED DURING THE PRIOR SEVEN (7) YEARS (where applicable). Begin with the most recent position.
Also list significant experience for the last ten (10) years. Include part-time employment while in school, U.S. military service, and self-employment, where applicable.
TMH Federal Credit Union reserves the right to conduct a background search at any time to verify all answers on the application; falsification of any item is cause for disqualification of application and/or termination.
TMH FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IS A DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE: A job applicant is offered employment conditionally upon successfully passing a drug test. Refusal to take the test, or failure to pass the test according to minimum standards, is cause for disqualification. If you become employed with TMH Federal Credit Union, you may be required to again submit to a drug test as requested. Your refusal, or failure to pass the test according to minimum standards, will result in your termination.
BACKGROUND CHECKS: Your signature on the employment application authorizes TMH Federal Credit Union to request criminal conviction records from State and Federal agencies, and employment and educational information/verification from your existing/previous employers and educational institutions, and credit history check (where applicable). TMH Federal Credit Union requires that you disclose whether you have ever been convicted; pleaded guilty; or pleaded nolo contender to any criminal offense. If you have ever been convicted; pleaded guilty; or pleaded nolo contender to any criminal offense, you will need to provide a description in this application giving the offense, date, county, state and disposition for each offense. By placing your signature on the application and not providing a description, you are stating that you have never been convicted; pleaded guilty; or pleaded nolo contender to any criminal offense. A criminal record does not constitute an automatic bar to employment and will be considered only as it relates to the job in question.
